Job summary

Eastern Pretech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks a capable Site Supervisor to manage installation works and daily site activities. You will coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams while monitoring progress, quality, and safety on the project.

The role requires a diploma or degree in civil/related fields and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong drawing interpretation and MS Office skills. Driving licence and travel to sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 2–3 years of site supervision experience in construction, installation, or related projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
• Good knowledge of site safety requirements and regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all installation works undertaken by the company.
• Oversee daily site activities and workforce performance.
• Liaise and coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and in-house workers.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote a safe working environment.
• Perform site inspections with relevant parties upon completion of installation works to ensure compliance with approved design drawings and specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and installation works.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, work completion records, and progress claim documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and site resources to support project execution.
