Job summary

SGS Malaysia is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals. You will support onboarding, performance, exits, and talent development with the OD team, while strengthening employer branding with the TA group.

On-site role based in Shah Alam, Malaysia, focusing on workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and day-to-day HR operations in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR generalist/HRBP/Rewards roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide advisory support on onboarding, performance, and exits.
• Collaborate with OD to drive performance management and talent development.
• Collaborate with TA to support recruitment efforts and strengthen employer branding.
• Drive HR strategies including workforce planning, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.
