Job summary

You will partner with managers to provide practical HR guidance, ensure policy compliance, handle payroll inquiries, and contribute to workforce planning and engagement initiatives. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and aligns with local labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Advise Managers/Supervisors on day-to-day people matters
• Guide on HR policies and legal processes
