Techbond in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment to offboarding, and to maintain accurate employee records. You will coordinate payroll, attendance, leave administration, and statutory compliance while upholding HR policies, employee relations, and confidentiality.

Mandarin communication with top management is essential; you will work in a fast-growing team with flexible work arrangements and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist.
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in employment law and government compliance regulations.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a MUST to effectively communicate with top management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Independent, proactive, and strong in execution.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and statutory compliance.
• Administer HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
• Handle layoffs/retrenchment and union-related matters.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training and audit records.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Support employee welfare, safety, and general HR administration.
• Advise Management and handle HR and Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
