Job summary

HD Beauty in Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our on-site team. You will provide essential HR and administrative support to help our growing organisation run smoothly.

You will manage employee records, assist with recruitment, payroll, benefits, and leave requests, and help maintain HR policies with confidentiality. Fresh graduates welcomed; relevant HR or business qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS/databases.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• High accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
• Interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Problem-solving and proactive HR administration mindset.
• HR/BA qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Process recruitment activities including postings, screening, and onboarding.
• Support payroll administration, benefits, and leave requests.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate HR-related events.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.
• Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
• Assist with employee relations and maintain confidentiality.
• Support policy implementation and compliance with employment laws.
• Maintain HR office supplies and general HR admin tasks.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of HR databases and systems.
