This full-time role oversees daily operations on site, upholds safety standards, and ensures work is completed to high quality within budget and schedule constraints. As a Site Supervisor, you will coordinate subcontractors, materials, and resources, prepare site reports, and lead a team to deliver successful construction projects while maintaining safety and efficiency across

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards and building regulations.
• Proven track record of managing construction teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in reading architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Basic proficiency in using site management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction-related activities.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
• To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.
• Minimise material and manpower wastage.
• Handle labour and supplier disputes.
