C.E.M.B. Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations and ensure successful completion of construction projects in Penang, Malaysia.

You will supervise construction teams, manage safety, monitor progress, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients to achieve on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project management principles.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficient communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe site.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality.
• Manage on-site health and safety, conduct regular inspections, and implement safety measures.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to project managers and clients.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimise delays or disruptions.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
