Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with at least 1 year of supervision experience. Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools is expected, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites and coordinating crews.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regs and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Site Management & Execution: Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient site operations.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
