Job summary

Boon Boon Builder Sdn Bhd in Sibu, Sarawak is seeking a Site Engineer to join our growing civil and structural engineering team. This full-time role oversees on-site construction activities, ensuring work meets design intent, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

Degree in civil/structural engineering or related field.
Professional qualifications in engineering are preferred.
Minimum 2 years of site engineering experience on civil/structural projects.
Ability to read architectural/structural drawings.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Enforce safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies on site.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to meet design specs and contractual requirements.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and material logs.
Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and implement corrective measures to maintain schedule.
