Job summary

ABB is seeking a Cybersecurity Application Consultant - Offshore to lead cybersecurity design and advisory for offshore assets in a hybrid work model. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen cyber resilience and ensure regulatory compliance across FPSOs, FSOs, and FPUs.

Ideal candidates will combine software security sales experience with deep knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, and maritime regulations, and will drive strategic cybersecurity initiatives across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or engineering.
• Proven sales experience of software solutions & cybersecurity services.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, IACS UR E26/E27.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat monitoring.
• Understanding offshore/industrial facilities and ABB ICSS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as cybersecurity SME for offshore environments.
• Design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions for offshore assets.
• Develop secure ICSS architectures and integrate third-party OT platforms.
• Assess client cybersecurity maturity and mitigate risks.
• Build relationships with offshore operators and stakeholders.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, roadmaps, and bid support.
• Ensure lifecycle cybersecurity requirements across design to delivery.
• Monitor regulatory trends and threats.
