ABB is hiring a senior digital sales leader to drive cybersecurity solutions within Asia. You will plan and execute the digital sales strategy, lead a high-performance team, and negotiate strategic contracts.

You’ll partner with Services, Solutions and Onshore/Offshore units to expand market penetration and ensure sustainable growth. You must have a cybersecurity/IT background, 10+ years of regional sales experience, and strong OT/ICS standards knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience selling digital or solutions portfolio in Asia.
• Knowledge of digital cybersecurity and techno-commercial space.
• Strong knowledge of OT/ICS cybersecurity standards and frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a digital sales strategy to achieve targets and growth.
• Lead and coach sales teams to sustain order growth, revenue and market share.
• Participate in negotiation of key/strategic contracts.
• Monitor pricing levels and advise on pricing strategy with Product Management.
• Support local sales to meet volume and product mix targets; monitor client risk.
