Job summary

ABB seeks a senior cybersecurity sales leader in Asia to develop and execute a digital sales strategy, drive market penetration, and lead a high-performance sales team across Services, Solutions, and Onshore/Offshore businesses.

The role focuses on negotiating strategic contracts, optimizing pricing impact, and achieving sustainable order growth while ensuring customer satisfaction within the Cyber Security Business in Energy industries Division for Asia.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling digital or solutions portfolios across Asia.
Knowledge in digital cybersecurity and techno-commercial space.
Strong knowledge of OT/ICS cybersecurity standards and frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST CSF).
Professional cybersecurity certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP, CISSP, CISM an advantage.
Communication in English.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an effective digital sales strategy within the specified market scope.
Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets and drive performance.
Participate in negotiation of key/strategic contracts.
Monitor pricing levels and assess pricing impact with Product Management.
Support local Sales organizations to achieve volume and product mix targets.
Monitor client financial status and report risk to internal teams.
