Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in office operations and HR administration.
• Experience managing office agreements, utilities, and vendor contracts.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Eligible to work in Malaysia.
• Experience with HRMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations, facilities, and HR operational functions.
• Plan relocations, space planning, and vendor management to optimise workspace.
• Manage tenancy, utilities, maintenance contracts, and service agreements.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and payroll input where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and drive continuous improvement in operations.
