Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-6 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and best practices.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, offboarding; maintain records; payroll inputs; leave management; benefits administration.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: support job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offers; improve time-to-hire; smooth onboarding.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: be point of contact for queries; drive engagement initiatives; handle employee relations and grievances.
• Performance Management & HR Programs: support reviews; implement HR policies and initiatives; drive culture projects.
• Compliance & Policy Management: ensure local labour law compliance; audits; update HR policies and handbook.
