Job summary

EPOS, backed by Ant International, is expanding its Malaysia HR leadership team. We are seeking a Senior HRBP to lead end-to-end HR for Malaysia, partnering with business leaders and regional teams to drive people priorities, advisory, and compliant HR practices.

You will shape employee lifecycle management, performance and talent processes, and employee engagement, while recruitment is handled separately by Talent Acquisition. Experience in tech/fintech environments is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to full-spectrum HR.
• Prior experience in an HR Lead, Senior HR Manager, HRBP Lead or similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia employment laws and HR practices.
• Strong experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, performance management, talent management and HR operations.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex and sensitive employee matters.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving and regional environment.
• Experience in technology, fintech or a high-growth organisation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• HR Leadership & Business Partnership: Lead Malaysia HR and be the main HR contact for the region, partnering with leaders on organisation planning and people priorities.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding through offboarding and coordinate with Talent Acquisition on workforce requirements.
• Performance & Talent Management: Lead performance processes, goal setting, development discussions, and succession planning.
• Employee Relations & HR Advisory: Advise managers on relations and governance, handle disciplinary and performance cases with proper documentation.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive engagement initiatives and help strengthen culture and employee experience in Malaysia.
