Job summary

Toll Group in Klang, Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate ocean import shipments and manage documentation, billing, and KPIs. The role requires ability to handle multiple shipments, liaise with overseas offices, and ensure timely customs clearance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in logistics or related field and has 1–3 years’ experience in ocean freight forwarding, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding, import customer service or operations.
• Knowledge of ocean import procedures, shipping documentation and Malaysian customs clearance.
• Experience with CargoWise One (CW1) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ocean import shipments, including FCL and LCL.
• Monitor shipment status from pre-arrival until final delivery and provide updates.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, shipping lines and customers on shipment documentation.
• Review shipping documents and coordinate customs declarations; liaise with Customs to resolve discrepancies.
• Arrange container collection and delivery with hauliers; monitor delivery schedules and POD.
• Ensure timely customer billing and monitor costs; verify vendor invoices and charges.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in CargoWise One and support KPI performance.
