Job summary

Jayspire Global Line Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an Import/Export Coordinator (Ocean Team) to manage documentation and liaise with shipping partners.

You will prepare CI docs, ensure regulatory compliance, track shipments, and communicate updates to clients, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in import/export operations.
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including CI (Commercial Invoice).
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
