Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant air freight or logistics operations experience.
• Hands-on air freight operations experience with airlines, terminals and internal teams.
• Solid knowledge of IATA DG handling; related certifications are a plus.
• Working knowledge of customs clearance and international trade compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily shipment activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide expertise in air freight operations, including tender submissions and compliance.
• Assist supervisor to expand air freight services with Sales and Marketing.
• Engage with airlines and service providers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Review airline/vendor invoices for accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Implement improvement actions from audits and management directives.
• Identify opportunities to refine processes and improve efficiency.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
