Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with internship experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics are welcome.
• Candidates with 1 year of experience will be considered; preference for shipping or airline resources.
• Candidates with over 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify Chinese clients/shippers/forwarders/agents requiring sea/air freight to special routes in the US, Canada, and China.
• Provide clients with agency services, transportation, cargo, and logistics solutions.
• Handle inquiries and quotations from company sales staff.
• Organize air/sea freight rate sheets and understand the advantages of routes and carriers.
• Manage onboarding, updates, and maintenance of service providers.
• Maintain cooperation with shipping lines/airlines and consignees.
• Enhance competitiveness of route products and develop new channels.
