KASE INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. is hiring an Operations Executive for Ocean Freight Forwarding in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

You will manage ocean export/import shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring documentation and procedures meet international regulations. You will coordinate with clients, shipping lines, brokers, and internal teams, prepare bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, monitor progress, handle costing and invoicing, and strive for accurate records and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience in ocean export/import operations or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and data-entry accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean export/import shipments from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to clients on status.
• Coordinate with freight partners, brokers, and logistics for clearance.
• Manage shipment costing, quotations, and invoicing processes.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
