Job summary

MVC Resources in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage collections, invoicing, and credit control for our FMCG client base. The role emphasizes accuracy in payments, zero-defect resolution of disputes, and timely cash-flow forecasting.

You will work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth order releases and month-end close. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to support China market stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• 2+ years in accounts receivable, credit management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AR, collections, and credit processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate customer payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor overdue invoices and drive timely collections.
• Manage customer claims, disputes, and payment resolutions.
• Perform credit assessments, manage credit limits, and support order releases.
• Handle customer invoicing, repayment schedules, and cash flow forecasting support.
• Support month-end closing, accruals, and AR aging reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and customers to resolve issues.
• Contribute to process improvements, finance transformation, and internal control initiatives.
