Responsibilities

• Oversee daily O2C operations with emphasis on AR and Master Data.
• Lead and develop a 14-member team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage AR activities: billing, cash application, allocations, and collections.
• Ensure timely month-end closing, AR reconciliation, and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation across O2C and Master Data.
• Ensure compliance with controls, policies, and audits; collaborate with regional finance.
