Job summary

Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to support the Centre of Excellence AR for China and Taiwan markets, focusing on invoicing, cash allocation and month-end closing.

You will help migrate AR activities to the Shared Services Centre in Malaysia and manage AR processes to meet SLAs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment, contributing to process improvements and accurate reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting function.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is an added advantage.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English & Vietnamese with good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural international environment.

Responsibilities

• Process AR transactions and ensure timely invoicing and cash allocation.
• Monitor AR cycle from invoice to cash to meet KPIs.
• Support migration of AR to Shared Services Centre in Malaysia.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members.
