Job summary

BAT DBS in Selangor, Malaysia, invites applications for an NPI Executive to support New Product Introduction across APAC and global travel retail. The role focuses on system readiness, product costing, data integrity and timely delivery of launches, reporting to the Regional NPI Capability Manager.

The position is non-management in Operations, based at Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway, with travel as needed and a strong emphasis on governance and collaboration with diverse teams.

Qualifications

2–3 years in PM, data management, analytics, planning, supply chain or procurement.
Strong English communication; able to collaborate across functions.
Experience with SAP, MS Office and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end product and material code creation for new launches.
Monitor system readiness including code creation, costing, and data quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to resolve bottlenecks.
Develop project plans and manage schedules, costs and risks.
Maintain governance and record-keeping, with timely escalation when needed.
