Job summary

British American Tobacco DBS in Malaysia seeks an experienced NPI Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction projects in Selangor. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets and OTIF outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across the NPI community.

The role requires 4+ years in PLM/NPI, strong PM and communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in PLM or NPI project lifecycle.
• Strong PM, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end NPI project delivery (OTIF).
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets.
• Coordinate with NPI, Quality, Brand Marketing, Eng., and Factory teams.
• Provide status updates and flag key decisions.
• Drive risk management and cost clarity.
• Lead cross-functional teams and knowledge sharing.
