BAT is evolving into a global multi-category business and is seeking a NPI Deployment Manager in Selangor, Malaysia. You will oversee end-to-end NPI delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely OTIF outcomes and robust project plans including budgets and risks.

You will collaborate with NPI, Quality, Brand Marketing, Engineering and Factory teams, driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the NPI community.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) or NPI.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commercial approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end delivery of NPI projects, ensuring OTIF outcomes.
• Develop and supervise project plans, timelines, and budgets with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with NPI, Quality, Brand Marketing, Engineering and Factory teams to meet objectives.
• Provide timely project status updates and escalate key decisions.
• Lead risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain clarity of project costs including tooling, trials, write-offs with partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams and promote inter-market collaboration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within NPI community.
