Job summary

Talent Trader Group seeks an experienced NPI project manager to lead end-to-end product introductions in the automotive sector from our Malaysia site. You will schedule milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with APQP/PPAP and IATF 16949 standards.

The role includes overseeing line transfers and equipment migrations from overseas facilities to Malaysia, requiring strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.

• Ensure APQP milestones, PPAP submissions, Run@Rate trials, and IATF 16949 compliance.
• Oversee manufacturing line transfers and equipment migrations from overseas facilities to Malaysia.

Manage end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including project scheduling, milestone tracking, and cross-functional deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, Process Engineering, and PMC to ensure smooth and successful product launches.

Ensure project activities comply with APQP milestones, PPAP submissions, Run@Rate trials, and IATF 16949 requirements.

Oversee manufacturing line transfer and equipment migration projects from overseas facilities to Malaysia.

Requirements

Proven experience in NPI project management within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of APQP and PPAP, structured gated development processes, and multi-site manufacturing line transfers.

Strong cross-functional leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
