Job summary

Qualifications
- Understanding of PLM and NPI processes across product lifecycle stages.
- 6+ years in operational delivery of PLM/NPI services, preferably in shared services or end markets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience in operations (manufacturing or supply chain).
- Strong communication, people management, and change management skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure OTIF delivery of NPI projects with minimal supervision.
- Provide NPI updates and reports to align on readiness and status.
- Lead end-to-end NPI deployment projects with clear budget visibility.
- Communicate NPI costs to budget holders, including tooling, trials, and WMS write-offs.
- Build and empower cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
