Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage NPI execution activities across development, implementation, and ramp for external customers.
• Coordinate NPI build execution with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain for successful product startup.
• Develop and manage detailed NPI execution plans with tasks, dependencies, durations and schedules.
• Track Performance Against Schedule and CSIs across NPI milestones.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness with process flow, material readiness and capacity planning.
• Identify and drive DFMs and collaborate with technical experts to resolve product and process challenges.
• Proactively identify improvements to enhance NPI delivery, quality and predictability.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate risk mitigation for NPI deliverables.
• Document NPI readiness including process flow, build routing and BOM for qualification artifacts.
