Job summary

Flex is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Batu Kawan, Penang team. You will own process-engineering efforts focused on cost, quality, and delivery improvements to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include identifying process improvements, implementing new processes and equipment, and leading root-cause analyses of production issues. You will collaborate with multiple functions and help achieve efficient, repeatable production performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in NPI and PCBA.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and optimize manufacturing processes for cost, quality and delivery.
• Define, implement and evaluate designs for manufacturability.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
• Develop and transfer new processes and equipment, with ECO control and documentation.
