Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG seeks a Business Process Analyst focused on Manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. You will document, analyze, and optimize end-to-end workflows to improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance across NPI and manufacturing operations.

You will map processes using BPMN notation, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams. The role includes managing the BPMN-tool, ensuring governance and applying Lean, Six Sigma, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in business process management and documentation.
• Experience driving process improvements in NPI and Manufacturing.
• Experience as Process Analyst / Project Manager / Manufacturing Engineer / NPI Engineer.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Kanban.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner, Jira.
• Familiarity with BPMN notation and BPMN-tools.
• Lean, Six Sigma or BPR experience.
• Regulatory/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Process Documentation and Modelling: document existing processes using BPMN notation and create detailed process maps.
• Process Analysis and Optimization: identify inefficiencies and collaborate on optimizations with cross-functional teams.
• BPMN-Tool Management: maintain process documentation in BPMN-tool and train team members.
• Governance & Compliance: ensure processes follow standards and implement version control.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with supply chain and other teams to validate adherence and improvements.
