Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG in Batu Kawan, Malaysia, is seeking a Business Process Analyst focused on quality assurance in manufacturing and assembly. You will document, analyze, and optimize QA operations, creating detailed BPMN process maps to improve efficiency and compliance across warehouses and logistics.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and process owners to ensure accurate representation of processes, maintain the BPMN-tool, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in business process management, process documentation, or related roles.
• Experience driving process improvements in quality management in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience in quality assurance/quality management systems in an industrial manufacturing company.
• Strong proficiency in BPMN notation and BPMN-tools for process modeling (e.g., Bizagi, Signavio, Camunda).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with stakeholders and present complex concepts.
• Project management skills to handle multiple process documentation projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to business processes.

Responsibilities

• Document and model processes using BPMN notation across value chains.
• Create detailed process maps and workflows that reflect end-to-end activities.
• Maintain clear, consistent process documentation following BPMN best practices.
• Analyze documented processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Propose optimizations and enhancements with cross-functional teams.
