Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in business process management and strategic programs.
• Experience driving process improvements in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN methodologies.
• Experience with ERP integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead end-to-end program management to meet scope and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to align project goals.
• Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor performance and report progress to stakeholders.
