A leading manufacturing firm in Johor, Iskandar Puteri is looking for a candidate to lead manufacturing activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Builds. You will be responsible for coordinating with multiple teams, planning projects, and driving improvements in quality and cost. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in NPI functions and knowledge of relevant engineering tools. • Follow procedures and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, and cross-teams
• Conduct analysis for manufacturability and performance
• Support product development and update stakeholders
• Plan projects, assess resources and review costs
• Lead technical work, root cause, and failure analysis
• Manage projects from Kick-off to industrialization
• Procure tools, materials, and equipment for samples
• Drive improvements in yield, quality, cost and defects
