Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Johor, Iskandar Puteri is looking for a candidate to lead manufacturing activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Builds. You will be responsible for coordinating with multiple teams, planning projects, and driving improvements in quality and cost. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in NPI functions and knowledge of relevant engineering tools. The position offers an attractive remuneration package exceeding RM 5.5k along with comprehensive benefits and structured career progression.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) functions is essential.
• Proficiency in Engineering tools like FMEA, DOE, and 8D Report is preferred.
