Job summary

Our Client Company in Malaysia is seeking an NPI Engineer to coordinate new products from development into mass production. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and driving process improvements for successful product launches and manufacturing excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 1-2 years' NPI experience, preferably in PCBA/electronics. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience as NPI Engineer in manufacturing; fresh graduates with internship welcome.
Exposure in PCBA / Electronics industry would be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication abilities to coordinate with departments.

Responsibilities

Support transfer of new products from development into mass production within timelines.
Analyze customer drawings and BOM to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including work instructions and modification records.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for NPI activities and project execution.
Conduct product verification through testing, inspections, and data analysis.
Prepare engineering reports and provide insights from product performance trends.
