Job summary
Thunder Print Sdn Bhd is seeking an engineering-focused candidate in Malaysia to support new product development and packaging improvements. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with an advantage for those with NPI, manufacturing, or product development experience.
You'll collaborate with Production and Quality teams, manage mockups and packaging-related projects, and provide technical input on artwork and structures to meet internal and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Graphic Design.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with NPI, manufacturing, production or process engineering experience have an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow and product development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.
- Willing to learn and take initiative; able to work with multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance mock-ups and packaging to meet customer requirements and internal capability.
- Advise sales on any quality or technical issues related to packaging.
- Manage and execute project studies (product development, enhancements, improvements).
- Assist pilot tests from start to handover between NPI and Operations.
- Provide technical comments on packaging, artwork and structures.
