Qualifikationen

• Backend engineering process or package development experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn technical knowledge in component test/manufacturing.
• Understanding semiconductor package structures and reliability concepts.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation with JMP proficiency.
• Ability to use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage NPI activities as Product Owner with cross-functional teams.
• Drive New Product Introduction through NPI Phase Gate reviews.
• Coordinate start-up of new products and achieve first-pass qualification.
• Communicate product start-up datelines, applications, and customer requirements to the NPI team.
• Collaborate with process/equipment/manufacturing/planning to bring product to volume production.
• Monitor yield trends, reliability, and drive timely actions to keep assembly in control.
