Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• Typically 1–3 years of manufacturing or development experience; packaging industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing optimization: improve processes with production teams.
• Quality assurance: ensure safety standards and improve yield.
• Lifecycle management: manage projects from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
• Documentation: maintain BOMs, order forms, technical specs and project records.
