Job summary

• Typically 1–3 years of manufacturing or development experience; packaging industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication abilities.

We are looking for a NPI Engineer who is experienced in the Packaging Industry to design, develop, test, and improve product from concept to manufacturing, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and safety standards.

NPI Engineers bridge the gap between design and production by prototyping, and overseeing manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to optimize product functionality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Optimization: Work with production teams to analyze, improve, and ensure cost-effective manufacturing processes.

Quality Assurance: Perform failure analysis, ensure products meet safety regulations, and improve yield.

Lifecycle Management: Manage projects from conception through launch and continuous improvement

Documentation: Maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), order forms, technical specs, and project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience: Usually 1–3 years in a manufacturing or development role, though some roles accept entry-level. Experience in any packaging industry will be an added advantage.
