Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introductions (NPI) and production readiness. You will collaborate with customer teams to ensure design-to-manufacture alignment, optimize quality, productivity and cost, and perform CP/CPK analyses.

The role requires an Engineering degree with at least 1 year of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of RF and design engineering as a bonus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Recognized Engineering degree with minimum 1 year experience.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong personal interaction skills encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical knowledge to support production in Manufacturing & Testing of Quality Products.
• Analytical/problem solving, data acquisition skills, CP/CPK analysis experience.
• Knowledge of RF and design engineering is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide concurrent engineering inputs to align new product design with manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with the customer's product/NPI teams to improve quality, productivity and cost; provide technical support for new product releases.
• Apply analytical tools and CP/CPK studies for new product readiness.
• Hands-on involvement in NP I production process builds, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization.
• Develop and present test plans; coordinate testing and data acquisition.
