The British American Tobacco Group in Subang Jaya, Malaysia seeks an NPI Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end New Product Introductions, ensure OTIF delivery, and drive cross-functional collaboration across the NPI function and GBS. You will mentor teams, develop plans, and manage NPI readiness and costs.

Qualifications

• End-to-end PLM/NPI process understanding.
• Minimum 6 years in operational delivery of these services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; operations experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication, people management and change management.
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles.
• Independent and proactive with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership to champion new ways of working.
• Disciplined in paperwork and records management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OTIF delivery of projects with minimal supervision.
• Lead end-to-end NPI deployment projects and provide updates.
• Develop and monitor project plans; provide clear status to PDT.
• Communicate NPI costs to budget holders (tooling, trials, WMS write-offs).
• Apply planning tools to drive write-off reductions; align cross-functional plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with GBS and local regulations; drive continuous improvement.
• Scenario planning and risk mitigation with cross-functional teams.
