Job summary

ResMed is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, storage, and distribution of materials in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will ensure accurate inventory, quality compliance and safe warehouse practices while supporting ongoing logistics activities.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse or logistics, a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field, and familiarity with WMS/ERP/SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, supply chain or inventory operations.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems or SAP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage and issuance of materials and finished goods.
• Perform picking, packing and dispatch to support orders and production needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Support inbound/outbound shipments and carrier coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
