Candidate should have at least 1 year in warehouse/logistics admin, with SAP and WMS exposure being advantageous. Shift and overtime may apply; salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse, logistics administration or clerical support experience.
• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline will be advantageous.
• Experience handling warehouse documentation, shipment records or delivery coordination.
• Knowledge or hands-on exposure to SAP and WMS will be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal operations teams through email.
• Able to maintain accurate records and manage multiple operational updates.
• Willing to support weekend work when operationally required.
• Able to work the assigned day or night shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain documentation required for the movement of warehouse cargo.
• Ensure warehouse and logistics records are accurate and updated according to operational requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to ensure cargo is ready for scheduled deliveries.
• Perform timely and accurate updates in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Monitor shipment information and coordinate delivery details with forwarding agents.
• Track and update shipment and domestic delivery statuses.
• Generate and maintain cycle-count and inventory-related reports.
• Prepare operational correspondence, records and supporting reports.
• Communicate with customers by email regarding shipment and delivery matters.
• Support daily warehouse administration and logistics coordination activities.
• Ensure documentation and system updates comply with established operational procedures.
• Support weekend operations when required.
