Job summary

ResMed is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator in Kulai, Johor to support receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. You will maintain inventory accuracy, adhere to quality and safety standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, electronics or related industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP or SAP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support inbound/outbound shipments and liaison with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify efficiency improvements and participate in continuous improvement projects.
