Job summary

ResMed (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a vigilant Warehouse Coordinator for the night shift (8pm–6am MYT) to support receiving, storage and distribution in a fast-paced site. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety and timely order fulfillment in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in warehouse/logistics, familiarity with WMS/ERP/SAP and strong organizational skills. Diploma/Bachelor in SCM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics or inventory roles.
• Experience in manufacturing/medical devices is an advantage.
• Familiar with WMS, ERP or SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage and issue of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in storage and handling.
• Perform picking, packing and dispatch to support orders.
• Support inventory transfers, cycle counts and stock movements.
