Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of warehousing and distribution activities. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, ensure proper product handling, and support timely deliveries while upholding quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

In this role you will oversee receipts, storage, dispatch, and movement processing; perform packing and labeling; manage stock counts and ERP/WMS systems; and help ensure regulatory compliance for

Qualifications

• Diploma in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and distribution.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods according to company procedures.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as sorting, stacking, picking, packing, and product issuance.
• Manage work order picking, product transfers, and movement processing.
• Ensure items are packaged correctly following specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and document stock movements properly.
• Support inventory control processes including cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate import and export activities ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist in distribution planning to meet delivery schedules and resolve transport issues.
• Provide clerical and operational support in warehouse and logistics functions.
• Promote safety compliance and maintain an organized, secure working environment.
