Maxis invites fresh graduates to join PROTÉGÉ, a 12-month programme under the People & Transformation division. As New Ventures Protege you’ll learn how a leading converged solutions provider plans, budgets, and forecasts for the future while you gain hands-on finance and business partnering experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Fresh graduates welcome (0–2 years).
• Audit/Accounting/FP&A internships are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the team in compiling data for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts relating to new ventures.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards; monitor KPIs for acquisition, engagement, revenue and cost metrics.
• Learn to tell the story behind the numbers—explain actuals vs. budget.
• Dive into financial data to spot trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify ways to automate manual reports using Excel or other tools.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight analysis.
• Assist in building business cases and financial models for new proposals, partnerships, and pricing strategies.
