Maxis, Malaysia's leading converged solutions company, is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance professional to build unit economics, valuation models, and business cases to guide investments and partnerships. You will work closely with senior management and the Board, shaping strategy for new ventures and deals.

With 5–7 years in corporate finance or M&A, you will own complex analyses, deliver actionable recommendations, and manage stakeholder expectations across Finance, Legal and partners in a

Competenze

• 5 to 7 years in corporate finance, strategy, or M&A.
• Experience in financial modelling and deal work.
• Ability to explain complex analysis to executives.
• CFA or ACCA is an advantage.
• Self-driven with high quality work.
• Strong stakeholder management with Finance, Legal and partners.

Mansioni

• Decide what is worth pursuing; size markets; build unit economics; test pricing and scenarios.
• Shape deals; support JV and investment transactions through valuation, due diligence and term sheets.
• Build and review valuation models (DCF, NPV, IRR) and test assumptions.
• Check capital call requests against use of funds and milestones.
• Prepare papers for management and, when needed, the Board; liaise with company secretary and directors on governance.
