Job summary

Creative Bliss Sdn. Bhd. is recruiting for a New Product Introduction Engineer in Malaysia.

The role involves preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring engineering projects, interfacing with clients to capture needs, and supporting manufacturing feasibility for new models. You will lead project teams to meet customer schedules and ensure KPI delivery. The successful candidate will prepare BOMs, work instructions, process flows, PFMEA, control plans, and related documents, with extensive

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Interact with clients, interpret needs and represent them in the field.
• Support areas of improvement for manufacturing and process feasibility on new models’ development.
• Accountable for successful completion of engineering projects.
• Resolve customer/engineering and management project issues to ensure KPIs are delivered.
• Lead and drive project team towards meeting customer schedules and objectives, complying with customer requirements.
• Prepare related documents (BOM, work instruction, process flow, PFMEA, control plan, etc.).
• Extensive communication with project team, vendors and customers.
