Job summary

JHM Consolidation Berhad invites applications for an Engineer role focused on continuous improvement of production processes. You will support yield, quality, productivity and cost reduction initiatives with CAD-driven designs.

Responsibilities include preparing process and work instructions, maintaining ERP data, liaising with vendors and customers on product issues, and handling product transfers. ISO 9001:2015 awareness is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have CAD knowledge and mechanical engineering background.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• ISO 9001:2015 awareness is advantageous.

Liaise with vendors / customers on product-related issues and customer's complaints

Establish process control, analyze process flow and trouble shooting

Handle product and process transfer from customer

Design and fabricate jig and fixture to support production process to ensure stability and consistency is obtain during processing

Responsible to update & maintain ERP database

Carry out other assignment required by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess tertiary education preferably in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 2 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment

CAD Knowledge

Able to work independent with a minimal supervision
